The courses at Teach Ladakh are taught in three languages: English, Hindi, and Ladakhi.
No, Teach Ladakh does not offer any certificate of completion after finishing a course.
No, the courses and test series at Teach Ladakh do not need to be completed within a specific period.

Course Management –

Yes, at Teach Ladakh, we encourage our students to ask questions and get their doubts cleared immediately. We believe that if these doubts are not addressed, they can demotivate the student. We hold regular Q&A sessions for every course.
As of now, the courses cannot be downloaded, but lessons at Teach Ladakh are always available online and can be accessed whenever the students need them.
Payment & Billing –

Teach Ladakh accepts these payment methods:
1. Cash, cheque, or demand draft
2. NEFT/RTGS (bank transfers)
3. Credit cards or debit cards
4. UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
5. Digital wallets (such as Amazon, PhonePe, or Paytm)

If your payment was successful but you see a “Pending Payment,” “Payment Failure,” or “Transaction Error” message, follow these steps:

1. If the amount has been deducted from your account or card, take a screenshot of the transaction error and send it to us at info@teachladakh.com. Also, message us on WhatsApp with your name, payment proof, the course you subscribed to, and your mobile number.

2. If you have a pending payment, please wait for 15–30 minutes to see if your bank reverses the transaction. If the payment is not reversed, take a screenshot of the transaction error and send it to us at info@teachladakh.com. Additionally, message us on WhatsApp with your name, payment proof, subscribed course, and mobile number.

3. If your account or card hasn’t been charged and the issue persists, we recommend trying again after some time. If the problem continues, please contact us using the provided contact information. We will assist you as soon as possible.
If you accidentally bought the wrong course or test series, please get in touch with us immediately through the contact information and include the course or test series you originally wanted to choose. We will resolve this as soon as possible.
Refund Policy –
Teach Ladakh has a strict “No Refund” policy for all courses and test series.
